RCSS is a special school located in Rochestown, Co. Cork. We have 48 incredible pupils on roll, aged between 4 and 18.
Each child who arrives in RCSS comes with their own individual strengths and require some support to achieve their potential. We are committed to providing an excellent education for our pupils in an environment that is caring, respectful, based on the principles of equality and with a strong sense of community. We aim to support our pupils to make the most of their unique potential and we never underestimate a child’s ability. We value our close working relationships with our pupils’ families. Together, we focus tirelessly on supporting our pupils to develop functional communication and the skills required to live happy, enriched, and healthy lives.
We have high expectations for every pupil and our experienced staff ensure that each pupil’s individual needs are met through small classes and group teaching.
